When will I receive my order?

We aim to ship your order within two working days from receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email. 

We ship using Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY 

Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail's signed for service. Once your shoes are dispatched you should receive your order within three to five working days. 

ROYAL MAIL 24 HOUR TRACKED £6.00

Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail's signed for service. Once your shoes are dispatched you should receive your order by 1pm the next working day. 

ROYAL MAIL 48 HOUR TRACKED £3.50

Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail's signed for service. Once your shoes are dispatched you should receive your order within two working days. 

OUTSIDE THE UK- European Union £10.00 

Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail's signed for service. Once your shoes are dispatched you should receive your order within three to five working days.

OUTSIDE THE UK- Rest of the World £12.00

Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail's tracked and signed for service. Once your shoes are dispatched you should receive your order within five to ten working days.

Please note- the above delivery times exclude pre-orders and made-to-order items. 

 

What is your returns procedure? 

UK Customers

For UK customers, returning an order couldn't be easier with our FREE RETURNS procedure. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return or exchange.

Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:

  1. Please email info@pipmaccallum.com within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intent to return any items. 
  2. Our service team will provide you with instructions for making your return and will issue you with a return code. This code will be required to be written on all documentation when returning the item.
  3. Repackage the product in its original packaging, including the shoe dust bag, brand ribbon, tissue paper, shoe care card, silver sixpence/U&I card and any other packaging that came with the product. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state.
  4. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a refund. Refunds to your payment card can take up to 14 days from the time of processing depending on your card issuer.

International Customers

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a free returns service at this time. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend that all returns be sent by a registered, trackable postal service that insures the value of the shoes. You are responsible for any loss or damage that may occur on the return transit.

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in the shoe box until you are certain you are keeping them. Pip MacCallum will not accept returns for any items that have been worn, used or exposed to damaging elements. Returns that are soiled or damaged through wear and tear may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
